Our order processing and packing time usually ranges from 1 to 3 business days. We offer free Ground shipping, and the delivery time can vary from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and international addresses. Our shipping is limited to the contiguous United States at this time.

Shipping is included in the purchase price of all residential charging stations. This includes both individual unit purchases and pallet orders.

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to the following states and the District of Columbia: CA, FL, IL, MD, MA, TX, VA. Effective September 1, 2023 we will also apply sales tax for orders shipped to Michigan and New Jersey. If you have a reseller certificate for any of these states, please remit a copy to orders@raiven.com and make sure the document has your business name and states sales tax ID on the reseller certification. Please allow 5-7 business days for the system to be updated once you have emailed your forms.

Please note that if your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. However, you still have the option to return the product within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow the instructions below:
Contact us first: Before returning any product, it is important to contact us at orders@raiven.com to obtain authorization. Failure to do so may result in ineligible refunds or voided warranties associated with the product. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer. All product returns must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after Raiven confirms receipt of the returned product. Please be aware that certain banks may require additional processing time to complete the refund on the original form of purchase.
